‘Freshman Fifteen’ Is A Myth, But Weight Gain Is Still A Problem

Freshman Fifteen is a horrible plague since most college students are delightfully active prior to attending their first semester. The late night studying, the constant computer-side vigil, the munching of easy to hold snacks all take their toll as the student becomes less active and more focused on getting homework done.
